Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Venstap platform ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Use of the Services

You may only scan or test assets that you own or have explicit written authorization to test. Venstap is not responsible for unauthorized use of the platform against assets you do not control.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by users your organization's Admins invite.

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed in accordance with the pricing and terms presented at signup. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

Venstap retains all rights to the platform itself. You retain all rights to the asset, scan, and finding data you submit to the Services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venstap will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement for the Services in accordance with the terms of the applicable order form or, absent one, with 30 days' written notice.
